Chat Notifications?

Is there a way to set the chat rooms to give a notification upon message receipt? A noise, like P2P chat or a blinking window, or both? Basically I want to use retroshare for 4 person group chats, but the lack of notification hurts a lot vs other IM services.

Options - Notify - Toaster - Chat lobby.
This seems to be enabled by default in the current builds.
The systray notification is also enabled by default.
