Wiki Editing

It looks like creating accounts via the normal wiki interface is disabled. I'd really like to add to it, so how can I make an account?

Danke! :D
A lot of page are translated in Italian language now.

Now there is a little problem:
when you are in a translated version of the main page, and you click 'Documentation', then you reach the 'English' documentation page, not the translated one.
Of course, you can click (again) on your preferred language, but this is very annoying.

Is it possible to configure the wiki so it reach automatically the translated page (or the English one if the translated page does not exists)?
Or must i hard code the link to the translated page?
