Display hashed file immediately

As soon as a file or dir is hashed it should be displayed in the share. I am adding a share of 4TB so it will take a week to hash probably...

I used Alliance before but got tired of the constant crashing, so I am really looking forward to Retroshare! (as soon as the hashing is done).

This is already implemented in current svn of v0.5, so this functionality will be available on the next release. It would have been too many modifications to have it done in v0.4.
